The terms and conditions apply to all bookings and services at Hotel Wasserfall.
The booking is binding from the moment you receive written confirmation by email.
- Cancellations up to 3 days prior to arrival: free of charge.
- Cancellations up to 2 days before arrival date: 50% of the total price for hotel services.
- Late cancellations (less than 2 days before arrival) or no-shows: 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival: free of charge.
- Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival date: 50% of the total price for hotel services.
- Late cancellations (less than 14 days before arrival) or no-shows: 100% of the total amount.
The hotel accepts no liability for valuables left in the room. Guests are liable for any damage to hotel property.
Dogs are permitted. A cleaning fee of CHF 15 will be charged per pet.
Die Preise verstehen sich inklusive MwSt. und können je nach Saison, Wochentag und Aufenthaltsdauer variieren. Der offene Betrag ist bei Abreise fällig.

Good to know
Jaun is easily accessible by car via Bulle or the Jaun Pass. There is a public bus service running hourly from Broc directly to our hotel, with the bus stop just a two-minute walk away.
Check-in from 3 p.m., check-out by 11 a.m.
The reception is open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
From May to October, daily from 7.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.
From November to April, daily from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Earlier on request.
Late check-ins are possible upon request; please contact us in advance.
The main door is locked after 10 p.m. There is a night entrance at the far left of the building, which can be opened with your room key.
Booking with us is very easy: simply select your desired booking period and the appropriate room category directly on the website. Enter your address, telephone number and email address – and your reservation is almost complete.
You will receive the booking confirmation directly by e-mail.

- Standard mountain view
Our standard rooms with shower/WC are located at the rear of the building. Simple, cosy and ideal for those who do not particularly value a view.
- Standard Waterfall
Standard room with shower/WC and a magnificent view of the waterfall – perfect for letting the sound of the water accompany you.
- Our Themed Rooms
Special rooms with shower/WC, lovingly furnished with authentic themes from the region. Whether with a view of the waterfall or the garden, here you can stay overnight in a place full of character and charm.

Open daily when the weather is sunny. In the afternoon, we spoil you with a delicious afternoon tea and dessert menu: ice cream, sundaes and homemade cakes.
Discover Jaun
If you stay for three nights or more, your travel is free. Thanks to our partnership with the Gruyère Pays d’Enhaut Nature Park, we will cover the cost of your journey by public transport.
Jaun is also easily accessible by public transport: from Fribourg, take the train via Bulle to Broc and then change to the bus. From the other side, you can come via the Jaun Pass, also by bus, with train connections from Bern and Spiez.
