Sous Chef de Cuisine (40 - 60%)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sous Chef de Cuisine (40 - 60%) as of June 1, 2023 or by appointment.

Since November 2021 we, a handful of young women run the Hotel Wasserfall in Jaun.
Rooted in our homeland, we aim to bring Jaun and its region closer to our guests and to show them our typical traits as well as our very own dialect. Our restaurant is a cozy meeting place for locals.

Sous Chef de Cuisine (40 - 60%)


You are characterized by

You have completed an EFZ apprenticeship as a cook.

You love your job and want to work in a neat a la carte establishment.

You are young, well-groomed and able to work under pressure.

You are a motivated personality and love to work in a team.

Independent, accurate and responsible work is a matter of course for you.

You like to take responsibility and have a strong sense of quality.


Your tasks include

Substitute Chef de Cuisine.

Independently produce our regional and fresh food.

Careful dressing with an eye for detail.

Assist Chef de Cuisine in the development and creation of seasonal menus.

Quality and process assurance (HACCP).
